APPENDIX A – Annual Pricing Governance Process
To ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent pricing structure, AMG Medical reviews each customer's annual gross purchases to determine the applicable pricing level for the following pricing year.
Review Period
For the October 1st, 2026 pricing implementation, customer classification will be determined using total purchases from June 1st, 2025 through May 31st, 2026.
Customers will be notified of any pricing level changes by August 1, 2026, providing a minimum of two (2) months' notice before the new pricing becomes effective on October 1, 2026.
