Customer Service Manager
My focus is the development of an efficient and effective Customer Service Department with a mandate to continuously improve the processes by which we offer service to our customers. I will be ensuring that the customer service team is equipped with essential tools, effective techniques and skill sets necessary to better our customer service capabilities. Ultimately, our main objective is to create a positive customer experience that in essence will contribute further to the success of our company.

I joined AMG in January of 2007 as Customer Service Manager
Prior to joining AMG I was personnel recruiting manager with Proforce Personnel. Prior to that for 10 years I was working for A.R.Medicom as a customer service supervisor. Prior to that I worked for Mitchel Lincoln packaging as customer service representative for a total of 9 years.
